Company Policy:
Always Great Gifts gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal via secure servers. We will verify your payment information prior to shipping.
There is a 20% restocking fee for cancellations of custom or special orders. If we have special ordered products or your gift has already been made when you cancel your custom/special order there will be a 50% restocking fee.
Large volume or custom orders may require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Substitutions may be made due to product availability. We reserve the right to substitute products and/or containers with a one of equal or greater value. The presentation or quality of your gift will not be compromised.
During warm weather months chocolates will be substituted for equal value products such as candies and cookies.

Shipping Policy:
We utilize UPS as our shipping vendor of choice. All GROUND shipments are FREE of charge to our customers when shipping anywhere within the continental U.S. For shipments outside of this area (Hawaii, Alaska, etc. ) or for international shipments, please contact us and we can get you a quote from UPS.

current rates and are calculated at checkout once you select
your preferred shipping method.

We do not ship to P. O. Boxes or APO addresses because we are unable to receive a delivery confirmation from the carrier. If you submit a P. O. Box, UPS will attempt to locate a physical address. There is an additional $10.00 charge for this service and it will be passed on to you, the customer.
We prefer not to ship to hospitals or hotels. Deliveries for these organizations are generally sent to a loading dock and we are unable to guarantee their delivery and in stome instances, the recipient has already been released to to home. If you send us one of these addresses and the package is returned, re-delivery fees to a new address are your responsibility. In most cases, the fee charged for this service is $15.00.
All gift baskets and gifts are shipped Monday through Friday within 24 hours using the shipping method you select. If you fail to specify a shipping method, you're gift will be sent via 3-7 business day shipping method, the least expensive and most economical method we offer.
A limited guarantee is implied by all carriers, therefore we can not guarantee shipping times and/or arrivals dates. Your gift will leave our facility with in 24 hours and will be shipped according to the method you chose at check out. In some instances, you may be able to file a claim with the carrier to refund your shipping charges.
Claims for credit due to incorrect address information will not be honored and customers will incur any additional fees charged by the carrier for address corrections. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will normally attempt a second delivery. Please ensure you have the correct address and phone number of the recipient.
We are not responsible for deliveries left outside by the shipping carrier.
Returns:
At Always Great Gifts your complete satisfaction is our goal. Each gift we ship is warranted to have the look and value represented on our site. However, should for any reason you have concerns regarding your gift, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt or call us at (912) 264-5872 or toll free at 1-866-994-5625.
If your gift is damaged during transit a claim will be filed with our carrier. We may ask, at our discretion, that your gift be returned with original packing materials in order to seek a refund or replacement costs.
